These terms govern use of this website and review services supplied by Compiler Servicehub. A service engagement begins only when we issue written scope and you accept it. Website information is general and is not financial, legal, tax or debt-counselling advice.
Client responsibilities
You must provide information you are entitled to share and, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and complete records. You remain responsible for application declarations, finance decisions and obtaining advice from appropriately authorised professionals.
Fees, timing and cancellation
Fees and delivery estimates appear in the accepted engagement note. Timelines begin after payment and receipt of agreed records. Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our refund policy.
Intellectual property
We retain copyright in our review formats and website material. After full payment, you may use your findings note privately for the purpose described in scope. You may not resell, publish or alter it in a misleading way.
No approval guarantee
We do not act for a lender and cannot guarantee acceptance, pricing or any decision by a finance provider or institution. Findings depend on the records and assumptions identified in the note.
Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, liability arising from a paid engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for indirect loss or third-party decisions outside our control.

We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted access. External links are provided for context and do not imply endorsement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts with jurisdiction in South Africa may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer process.
