From enquiry to findings

A review process with clear boundaries

How Compiler Servicehub scopes, receives and reviews education finance application information.

Reviewer marking points on a printed financial plan

1. Start without sensitive documents

Use the enquiry form to tell us the type of education finance, the application stage and any deadline. Do not include identity numbers, account numbers or attach bank statements.

2. Confirm fit and scope

We explain whether an affordability check, readiness review or stress review matches the question. You receive the fee, exclusions, timeline and engagement terms in writing.

3. Use the secure request

After acceptance and payment, we provide instructions for the records agreed in scope. Access is restricted to the assigned reviewer and retained only for the period described in our privacy notice.

4. Reconcile before interpreting

Figures are traced across the application, income evidence, commitments and study-cost estimate. Unclear items become questions. They are not silently categorised to produce a preferred answer.

5. Receive findings in context

The written note records documents considered, assumptions, limitations and pressure points. During the consultation, we explain the workings and distinguish our review from lender approval, legal advice, debt counselling and regulated financial advice.

6. Correct facts, then close

One factual correction round is included where stated. Records then move into the retention and deletion cycle set out in the privacy notice.
