Privacy notice

How personal information is collected, used, retained and protected during education finance affordability reviews.

Who controls your information

Compiler Servicehub is the responsible party for personal information handled through this website and our review engagements. Contact info@compiler-servicehub.digital for privacy requests.

Information we collect

Enquiries provide a name, email address, selected service and message. A contracted review may require financial records and household information specified in the engagement. We ask clients not to send sensitive records through the public form.

Why we use it

We use information to respond, assess scope, perform an accepted engagement, maintain required business records, protect our services and meet legal obligations. Where consent is the basis, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Sharing and international transfers

Information may be handled by vetted hosting, secure file-transfer, professional advisory or communications providers under appropriate safeguards. If a provider processes information outside South Africa, we use contractual and legal measures required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Uncontracted enquiries are generally retained for 12 months. Engagement records are retained only as long as needed for the service, legal duties and defensible recordkeeping, ordinarily up to five years unless a different period applies. We use access controls, secure transfer and deletion procedures, but no internet transmission is risk-free.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal information, object to certain processing, request deletion where retention is not required, or complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator. We may verify identity before acting on a request.

Cookies and updates
