A fixed fee for one applicant household, one proposed finance arrangement, records covering the agreed review period, a written findings note and a 45-minute consultation.
Pre-application Document Review — from R1,350
The starting fee covers one draft application and the ordinary supporting records for one income source. We confirm the quote after seeing a document list—not the sensitive documents themselves.
Repayment Stress Review — from R1,750
Includes agreed scenarios, a concise written note and a 30-minute call. A quote may be higher where income is seasonal, several facilities are being compared, or household commitments require reconciliation across more than one person.
What may change a quote
Additional applicants, business or commission income, incomplete records, multiple finance quotations and an unusually short deadline can change the scope. We explain any change and obtain written agreement before starting.
Payment secures the review slot. It does not purchase an approval outcome. No monthly subscription or lender commission applies.
