Why this work exists
Education decisions carry hope, deadlines and pressure. Finance forms, however, reduce a household to boxes and monthly totals. Compiler Servicehub was established in Gqeberha to create room between those two realities: a place where applicants can examine the commitment without being sold the credit.
Our work is led by Thandi Mbeki, a chartered accountant with experience in household-credit quality reviews, and Jared Daniels, an education funding case reviewer. Their combined perspective keeps each engagement grounded in both documented arithmetic and the uneven timing of a study year.
Our working principles
Independence before reassurance. We do not receive referral fees from lenders, colleges or application agents.
Questions before assumptions. If a bank credit or declared expense is unclear, we ask. We do not alter the story to make a ratio look comfortable.
Dignity in the detail. Dependants, family support and irregular work are discussed without judgement. Only information needed for the agreed review is requested.
Plain-language findings. A client should be able to explain the pressure point after the consultation, not merely receive a spreadsheet.
We serve clients remotely across South Africa and by appointment from our Gqeberha office. Where tax, debt counselling, legal advice or regulated financial advice is needed, we say so and recommend that the client consult an appropriately authorised professional.
